Practice Schedule: Two days a week, 90 minute practices
Clinicians: Present, past, and future Hawkeye's will be included; Topics will include technique, diet, mental preparation, where and when to compete, etc.
Cost: $50 per month
Combat Sundays:As scheduled, wrestlers come, weigh in and are paired up to wrestle live matches in groups of 4 with the other 2 ref'ing and guarding the group. $10 per Sunday
*Note: Combat Sunday's may occasionally be scheduled mid-week depending on clinician schedules.
Competitive Schedule
Tournaments:Coaches will attend tournaments listed on the competitive schedule.
Duals: Teams, transportation, uniforms, and lodging arrangements will be made by the coaching staff with an emphasis on keeping costs affordable. Dual schedule may include Virginia Challenge Duals, Border War Christmas Duals, Park Hill Duals, Valley Duals, AAU Middle School Duals, War at the Shore Duals, etc.
